The diagnosis system without VCI VAS 6260A is supplied already installed with the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system and is an upgrade offer for diagnosis systems that cannot be converted to Windows 7.
Since the diagnosis interface (VAS 5054A or VAS 5055) from the old unit can continue to be used, the items supplied do not include a diagnosis interface.
The diagnosis system is prepared for operation of the ""Offboard Diagnostic Information System Service"" and can also be used with other systems of the Volkswagen Group.
Whether as a standalone unit or in conjunction with equipment trolley VAS 6556A, with test instrument box VAS 6356 or high voltage testing modules VAS 6558/6558A, VAS 6160A provides the solution for your workshop.
All of the main components are protected against vibration and a drop height up to 90 cm.
Break-proof plastic covers protect all of the interfaces and connections against dirt and moisture, thereby making the unit well adapted to heavy duty use in the workshop.
