The air conditioning service unit R744 VAS 581 009 enables a fully automated servicing of the air conditioning system (draining, evacuating, filling, pressure test, as well as injection of fresh oil and leak detecting additive) for vehicles with an R744 (CO2) refrigerant system. After registration, you will receive the instruction videos with which you can put the device into operation at any time. This instruction and commissioning is included in the purchase price.

- Maximum safety: the built-in safety concept prevents any type of danger from CO2 escaping; a fully automatic self test takes place when starting the system.
- Intelligent premium technology: function and leakage tests of the air conditioning system can be controlled automatically or manually; automatic documentation of the work carried out; micro-SD card for the storage of device and service data as well as parameter sets; USB interface for updating the software and logging the data.
- Convenient and efficient work: fully automated process for quick and simple service, swivelling graphic colour display, as well as innovative one-handed operation via a rotary knob equipped with multi-coloured LEDs that are visible all around indicate the current status of the system so that the employee can carry out other activities during the air conditioning system service.
- High working safety: all processes (including the replacement of the refrigerant agent bottles) are carried out via menu navigation with safety instructions and system-assisted internal plausibility checks; all conventional CO2 bottle types are supported.
