Cooling system service device VAS 531 011

Workshops performing draining, bleeding, leakage tests and bubble-free filling of the cooling circuit previously required several devices (e.g. drip tray, cooling system filling device, cooling system tester, vacuum pump, etc.). With the new, innovative cooling system service device VAS 531 011, this becomes faster, less complicated and reliable – and all with just one device. In complex cooling circuits in particular, time expenditure and result quality can thus be safeguarded.

Note:
The rinse function is already technically prepared in terms of software and hardware in the currently supplied devices, and will be described and released in the repair guidelines at a later point. Where applicable, an additional adaptation is then required, which is published and declared in good time.

… it is a closed system with self-examination and offers high process reliability: Before each filling process, the operator determines the coolant that is to be filled. If necessary, the system automatically performs a rinsing process, in order to prevent mixing of different coolants within the cooling system service device. After leakage testing has been performed, the cooling circuit is filled with new coolant free of bubbles.

… it is absolutely suited to the workshop: The VAS 531 011 is mobile and ergonomic, and also has a user interface that is easy to operate. For a pressure or vacuum test, the test results are transmitted to the measuring technology box.
