The new A/C service station with rinsing device is a universal device, suitable for quick A/C service operations and also for professional and individual use.
Features a powerful, 2-phase vacuum pump with an output of 180 litre per minute and a maximum suction rate of approx. 400 g/min.
The device boasts an integrated flushing feature, specially developed by VW/Audi for flushing with liquid refrigerant. This is a background function and allows the user to perform other functions at the same time.
The service device is targeted towards high quality vehicles from the competition and has a 20 kg refrigerant supply bottle, which is ample for all types of passenger vehicle, MPVs, light commercial vehicles and mid-range minibuses. A thermal printer is included with the unit.
Control buttons, such as Fire& Go, for quick service operations and simple fluid charging or vacuum and test function are among the standard features.
A vehicle database can be updated easily via a card slot, which also facilitates data transfer to a PC.
There is no provision for management and updating of these databases by VW/Audi. Please refer instead to the workshop manual for instructions and refrigerant quantities.
Induction training and commissioning of the unit is included in the items supplied in Germany and is not invoiced separately.
Now also certified to SAE standard 2788.
